October Mountain Lean-to

Can anyone give us some intelligence about the October Mountain Lean-to in Mass. How many does it hold? Are there a few decent tent sites nearby?

The Lean-to holds 10 or more in 4 bunks and a loft. There are campsites nearby. Also a privy and a bear cable. Fires are allowed in the one firepit beside the shelter. Please do not build or use any other fire rings. Limit wood gathering. The area is getting badly trampled. Have a nice time.

Spent the night there in late July and the roof over the bunks leaks, but the overhang loft was dry. Water from the stream was fine.
