Default Keye's Gap to Snicker's Gap

I am planning a dayhike for a few friends and I am wondering how many hours it generally takes to complete this section.

I know this section is a little difficult which will add to the time, our last hike was about 12 miles which we finished in about 4.5 hours over moderate terrain.

From Keys Gap to Blackburn it is pretty flat. There are some hills in the Roller Coaster before Snickers Gap, but it really shouldn't slow you down that much.

You can do it in a day. Take water. You can get water .04 miles off the trail at the shelter, but the only water "on" the trail is halfway between Blackburn and Snickers gap. Beware the scum pond at the ruined campsite just south of Keyes Gap.
