    Default Rockies Ruck Reminder

Happy (Insert Politically Correct Holiday Here)!

Just a reminder that the Rockies Ruck is happening
again this year the last weekend of February. As with
last year, will be held at the Leadville Hostel in
Leadville, Colorado. Right on the ADT and near the
    CT/CDT!

There have always been Gatherings, Rucks, Kick Offs
and Trail Days on the East and West coasts.... many of
us here in Rockies felt it was time to do one in our
neck of the mountains. In 2005 and 2006 we did!

The Ruck is a low key get together for those who enjoy
the long trails. Does not matter if you are
thru-hiker, a section hiker, day hiker or a
dreamer...you just need to love the outdoors and the
    long trails!

For more info on the Rockies Ruck 2007 go to
    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rockies_ruck/message/111

The Ruck is a great way to connect with trail
veterans, have your questions answered and meet up
    with old friends.

    Hope you can make it!</pre>

    Mags:

I'll be out in your neck of the woods February 14-19. Sorry I'll miss the RUCK. Leadville is a great little town. Especially in winter. I'm headed to Boulder on Friday the 16th to take Martha to visit CU. Maybe we could meet up for coffee?

Absolutely! Don't know what my work schedule is yet (picking up temp hours at my old company), but I'll find some way of seeing you both again!
