    Any of you great ppl here have the coordinates (dms) of the AT James River Bridge crossing at Matts Creek other than the one at Rt 501..??..

    Does the AT cross the James River more than once? If so, where are the crossings (roughly -- ie., names of towns nearby.) I've got Topo USA, I can probably read the coordinates off that. I found the crossing at Rte 501, but that's not what you want, I guess....

    Rt 501 is the old crossing. It now crosses on the Foote Bridge.
