Default Not sure if they make this

I'm wondering if there is a dehydrated, or over-concentrated version of lemon juice. (Powder form, or even 200%+ strength) I know that I can find it as 100% from concentrate, just wondering if there was a way to bring lemon juice with me on the AT.

    Question Lime Juice Concentrate

Supermarkets here sell, in the produce section, small, un-refrigerated, little 4.5 ounce spheres in the shape of limes [green] and lemons [yellow], juice from concentrate. They are not refrigerated when you purchase them and the label on each reads, "keeps best refrigerated" which means it may spoil at some point unrefrigerated. But I have used them for 2 weeks unrefrigerated without problem. A squirt in reconstituted food seems to enhance the flavor for me.
