    Default Happy Valentine's Day

My boyfriend bought me the Companion guide for the occasion. Anybody else get anything as exciting?

Me too! The governor is giving me a paid day at home due to road conditions. Pretty cool! Down side is it means I should be working on any of the 100 things I need to do before my hike. But still better than a day at work! Happy Valentine's Day to you Gov Strickland and all WhiteBlazers. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.... I could do this tomorrow too.

    LW,
Is that "water" in that jar to preserve the carnations?

I got a silk liner for my sleeping bag. Nothing like getting silk for Valentine's Day.

I went to a nordic ski center for free today. Of course, I went with two guys..so it wasn't romantic.

The road conditions sucked for me as well (on the way home)..but did I mention I skied today? Yes..it wasn't all bad. I may be starting up another contract position soon, gotta play when I can!

I did get a confirmation today for a second interview...er date, for next week. That COULD be romantic... (See my rant from last week. )

Someone who really cares about me got me the perfect present.

The new backpack I ordered arrived yesterday, just in time for an overnighter this weekend. Dang, I'm the best!
