Nice job TeeJ. One thing I have picked up on is the mention of the Post Office in Cloverdale Va. I bet there hasn't been a hiker to hit that one in 20 years.

I tried to D/L the intoduction but got an eror saying it was damaged and unrepaiable I am using Firefox. I am also getting the same error on all the links for the companion.

The GA/NC/TN pdf appears bad (I tried downloading it twice.) The next two pdfs (VA, WV/PA) were OK. I'm using Firefox and Adobe Acrobat 7.0.

Feedback: I use Firefox 2.0.0.2 and Adobe Reader 7.0.8 and the file ga-tn07.pdf downloaded fine at 7am this morning and I can view it fine.

I'm going to guess that the file "ga-tn07.pdf" was updated at the server between last night and this morning. A third download (this morning) gives a readable PDF file.

I updated Acrobat Reader before trying this AM's update, and that didn't do anything for the file (ga-tn07.pdf) that I'd downloaded last night.

Regarding the GA–TN section:

Anybody else missing the Tennessee section from Apple House Shelter to Damascus?

I could not find some pages I needed for next weekend for a trial run.

The TN secion ends at Apple House, and the VA Section starts at Low Gap/US 421. Companion pages 52-57.

Does anyone know if they plan to add the missing pages? I wanted to test them out to decide if this is the guidebook that I want or not.

what do you mean when you say you "downloaded" it?
I opened the PDF and just save it to a local drive. Is this what you mean?

From there I can take the text off and put it into another application.
