    Default Mountain Momma's place

Drove by Mountain Momma's place today on my way back from Cosby Campground. This place was closed. The place has been cleaned up and the area around the building graded. Anyone have any info ?

    Thanks,
    Chip
If we look at the path, we do not see the sky. We are earth people on a spiritual journey to the stars. Our quest, our earth walk is to look within, to know who we are, to see that we are connected to all things, that there is no separation, only in the mind.

I heard that it is under new ownership and not open for hikers this season. Questionable as to whether it will be 'hiker friendly' in the future. Standing Bear Farms Hostel is doing great business. Just a short hike past I-40 and a great place to stop for some R&R. Curtis is one of those rare gems on the trail. A visit at SBF is like a walk back in time.
