I just used the immediate online help service they offer. WOW way easier than calling or emailing. Quick and easy! A window opens at the bottom of the screen. You wait a few seconds for a rep to connect and presto, a chat b/t you and the rep. begins. They even have a handy "print" icon to have record of the conversation! I am more and more impressed with their customer service.

I used this week, as well. It was great. Fast, easy, and right to the point!

For even faster service, sometimes it's advisable to call 911. Now those people have a sense of urgency.

Just be careful what you ask. Sometimes they become thoroughly annoyed by people who have the temerity to waste their time with stupid questions. Ask the wrong question, you might get a response you don't like.
