    Mags, I respect your opinion, but have to disagree. I think this guy had untreated mental illness...you don't normally outgrow that.

    I'm guessing that if that's what you believe then your claim to have read the book is suspect at the very least, or maybe you're just choking on the malaise of your uncaring life.

    Yup. Ditto, I'm no pshrink, but sure sounds like bipolar or manic depressive.
