:banana Thanks to All of You!

Thanks to all of you for your good wishes and congratulations. I'm feeling a HUGE sense of accomplishment and relief and completion. Great Stuff!

Now we're sitting back in Laramie with our feet up -- Footslogger is going through the pics from our trip (he's already posted some here) and I'm catching up on email and blogs.

Now we have to start thinking about our next challenge . . . .

    Thumbs up Congradulations

Congradulations on finishing. I hope you consider yourself a member of the 2001 group.
I'm glad to have been a small part of your journey.

I can tell you that she definitely does ....having completed MOST of her AT miles that year. Like you, I'm glad to have been part of her initial journey and follow-up sections.

BAT is pretty busy this week getting ready for classes, which start next week here in Wyoming but I know she'll really appreciate your note.

Yeah, I'm pretty sick about it that I can't afford a far-North hike this year. Maine in August was wicked-cool last year, and I really hope that I can do it again in '08!

    P.S. CONGRATULATIONS!

It's an awesome journey and accomplishment. Great job. Please pass on my congrats to her.

There is nothing like the experience of finishing the trail. For me is was a monumental event in my life which I reflected on several times during the 100 mile wilderness. When I first saw that summit sign as I was getting closer, it was hard to walk because my eyes were filled with tears.

I'm glad you could share that special life journey with each other.
    Peace Be With You
