War Spur Shelter

Older shelter relocated from another location. Sits next to the fast-moving War Spur creek. Good sunlight, but about the only place where I encountered bugs in late May 2005.

When was this shelter moved? It is now north of the position indicated on the AT maps copyrighted 2001 by almost a mile.

Large dirt area in front of the cabin. As of 05/20/2007 the are was quite clean and sunny. Great water source out front.
