Just met 2RJS and his son today as they hiked back into Damascus after they had started at Elk Garden yesterday. 2RJS became a member of Whiteblaze about a week ago and is planning on section hiking to Springer here and there. If you meet this guy you're gonna instantly like him.

I've been lurking on this site for a while and finally decided to join this week. Lots of great info here!

I only get a couple of full weeks a year to hike but I figure I can at least get bits and parts of it on the weekends during the rest of the year.
