    Default rain-wacky urges

I like sitting under big pine trees in the rain. On my hike they were great refuge for a break. I have one in my back yard and I am happier under the big pine than on a covered porch. Only another hiker understands.

Yep, I do understand. The smell of the pine needles, the soft ground from years of needles fallin in the same spot, the wonder of pine cones, the magestic tree reaching for the sky all year long, branches bent under the weight of snow........enough, or I'll want to go do it right now.
