    Default Tennessee/North Carolina/Virginia Winter Advisory

For those crazy enough to be out and about in the Tennessee, NC, and Virginia areas, be prepared for dramatic weather change. Forecast calls for a mix of rain, snow, sleet, and freezing rain with high gusts. While forecast calls for lows in the 20s in the cities, many are expecting temps to drop as low as 5 to 0 degrees in higher elevations.

Maybe some nice cold weather for SoRuck this weekend? It could make for an interesting day hike Saturday.

5:15 in Atlanta with snow flurries. Publix almost out of bread. Cold enough for the deep south ski areas to make some snow.

Going to the grocery store the day a storm is suppose to hit is freaking hilarious. I do have to say people in Brevard have there head on straight about it. The beer and wine sections run out 1st...

I've heard it said man cannot live on bread alone....

I can't speak for the other southerners, but I go lay in groceries because I don't want to have share the road with those who have no idea how to drive in snow

I gotta look at movin' to Brevard. Although Charlotte or Hot Springs are both looking good.
