    Default Out of here...

I'm out of here first thing in the morning. Looking forward to some "peaceful" trail time. Gonna rehike Damascus to Bland with friends from the Florida Trail. Then gonna hook up with our very own "Hikerhead" for more trail time. Finally onto WV for the Gathering.

Hope when I come back all is back to normal and we are discussing trail...

Hope to see some of you at the Gathering. Take care. Hammock Hanger

Have a great time, HH! WalkerAT99 and I will be joining you in spirit the week of October 13th as we hike from Loft Mtn. Campground in SNP to Buena Vista. Make sure you get good pics of the shelters and post them!

Default Have a great hike.... HH

Hope you have great weather up on Mount Rogers and the Grayson Highlands, at least much better than I had last year up there.. some very strong thunderstorms and lots of rain. I suppose you will spend some time at the Appalachian Motel and Restaurant. huh.

Have a great hike and enjoy.... I can hardly wait for Kerosene and I to get out there but we will be on up north from you.

    Happy Trails...... Ed

This was a post by HH in the year 2002 about her hike. I think you guys are a little late, just thought I would point this out.

We had a great hike. 40 miles on Peters Mtn from Laurel Spring (I think that's the name of the little hamlet) to Pearisburg, Va on the Allegheny Trail and AT.
