Yahoo! Kirby. You've got all of us pulling for you. You've shown enough maturity to be able to force yourself to start s-l-o-w. You've shown enough horse sense to pull off the trail for a zero when needed, physically and/or psychologically. As in a race, if you want to go the distance, hold back, doing way lower miles than you are capable of doing. Your body will thank you for that as it performs to perfection on up the trail.
