    Default Out Of Here - Monday Oct 7

    Driving to Troutdale, VA on Monday on my way to see my son in Durham, NC. I'll probably get there midday Tuesday pick up my hike there and get as far north as I can by Friday morning. Shooting for Bastian/Bland, which is about 72 miles and a stretch, but I'll be happy once I get past that stupid I-81 I've been staring at so much!

    There is a nice park bench (really!) on top of Glade Mt. a couple miles before I-81. Stop and sit a spell. Great view.
