Damn, for less than half of $220.00 you could probably take a bus from Pittsfield to East Stroudburg..... however, if you're determined to go by car, I suggest you check out the up-dated list of shuttlers at www.atconf.org. You might not find someone going all the way to Del. Gap, but maybe they could take you somewhere where you easily finish the trip by bus or rail.
