Starting tomorrow!

Last night, i left CT at about 7:15 and 17 hours later, i'm checking in at the amicalola lodge with my family. My hiking buddy should be arriving shortly and if all goes well, we should be setting off in the AM. I've heard its supposed to be raining in the morning, not the ideal send-off weather, but i'm going to have to get used to that.

i can honestly say, that i have done everything i can to be ready and as excited as i am, i am very anxious and nervous, seeing how large of a journey i am about to undertake.
