Default Source for Wind Screen Sheeting / Foil?

I have been asking around and looking for a source for the foil that is used in many wind screens like the MSR-type wind screens but in larger sizes. To be specific I would like to find a source for the stuff Tinny uses to make his UL oven.

I have used oven liners before but the material can't be folded and re-folded to many times without breaking. Roof /stove pipe flashing is way to thick and stiff to be used for the projects that I have in mind.

I have been told that Hobby Lobby may carry some craft foil that would work. I haven't had a chance to make it to a Hobby Lobby yet and check to see what they have to offer, but I plan to check in a couple of days.

I found a windscreen in a hiker box and adapted it to my set-up. It appears to be aluminum flashing. I would stop by a house under construction when they are roofing or putting on siding and ask for a scrap or just look in the piles of debris. It doesn't fold up but it rolls to fit in my SuperCat or pot.

Otherwise, go to the dollar or grocery store and get a turkey pan. Just be careful cutting it and fold the edges over for safety.

If you want the stuff Tin Man uses, you could PM him and ask him what it is.

heavy duty aluminum foil works fine. You can fold it and refold it without a problem. Double or triple it up for added strenghth. It's all I use for my long section hikes. Carry an extra piece in case. The weight is negligible

Tooling foil. I get it in rolls for making mass quantities of stove.

What size are you looking for? I stock .006" soft aluminum in 4"x24" sheets and 3"x 20" sheets.

Anti-Gravity Gear had MSR style windscreens on sale a while back.
