Well, we were here in what were probably their WORST circumstances...they had a power outage both days we were there, with no hot water, and the store had JUST opened that very day; and the staff was still amazingly accomodating, courteous, fun, and went out of their way to be helpful and make up for the inconveniences. We ended up eating most of our meals in the hotel restaurant (they could grill anything you wanted, which made breakfast exciting), and at night spent the night by the roaring campfire in the lobby with about 20 other thru-hikers, seeing campy-songs by the light of the fireplace. Turned out to be one of my best nights on the trail.
