What are the best 2 day hike/camps on the AT?

I sort of made my own list of places in 06, that I want to go back to just car camp or hike gently with a non-hiking lady type places. What would be your choice for a two day camp/hike on the AT?

Heading north out of Hot Springs.
You can stay at one of great hostels or B&B places there. Then just hike up to the waterfall camp and back the next day or if you have a little longer go on another day and shuttle back to Hot Springs.
