    Last night I saw it I have the highest possible speed on the internet (VIOS) and several pages took more than a minute. It appears to happen on & off a few minutes later it happens again. Hope that helps.
    Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.
