Sounds to me like this guy has something to sell that many of us "do it yourself'ers" could use.
I woudn't come down on him too hard just because his spell checker is turned off or he talks a little different than you do.
Oysters, why don't you try OWF in Idaho for a start.
Or perhaps, a better idea would be to build a website and advertise a bit thru google or yahoo or someone like that.
