Getnew error message

When I click on ; http://www.whiteblaze.net/forum/search.php?do=getnew

which is how I enter WB I get the following message (the seconds # changes with time):

This forum requires that you wait 5 seconds between searches. Please try again in 29297 seconds.

still gives me the folowing message:

This happended at work earlier today and now at my home. Different computers, different networks.
