Work For Stay?

Did anyone work for stay at Shaw's or Pie Lady last year? What did you do? How did it go?

It's like anywhere else....sometimes there's work, sometimes there isn't. Hikers should not take for granted that there's work-for-stay in Monson.....or anywhere else.

In 02' My brother did work for stay at the pie lady's house. She had him cut the lawn and clean out the garage a bit. As Jack said, I wouldn't count on her having work for you to do.
