The Wolf is a hell of a guy. If you've ever had the chance to meet him, you'll enjoy the encounter.

I second the motion for the previous LW to come back. Best wishes and prayers with you two!!!

Well, just found this afternoon my mom is having heart difficulty and may have blocked arteries as well and has to go for a heart catheterization. And she had parkinsons so they don't know if she has blocked vessels if she could tolerate the surgery. So many heart conditions happening now.

Default Bring back the old wolf!!

What's up with this "kinder, gentler" Lone Wolf thing?

My God, a little heart murmur and a touch of indigestion and our boy rolls over and turns into some sort of goo-goo ACLU card-carrying Obamunist.

Brace yourself, Wolf. Buck up and rejoin the real world.

Ta hell with this kinder gentler, thing.

Bring on the crusty, sardonic, I don't give a f*** Wolf anyday.

The man of wit and pith.

I look forward to seeing real Wolf posts in a few days; I'm assuming the "kinder gentler" thing was some sort of demerol-connected fog.

This place has gone to hell in a handbasket in the past few days.

Time to re-introduce the Wolf into these parts!

I reading all this stuff about LW being a new man. This really worries me because
I'm starting to hear rumors making the rounds that it wasn't heart surgery but a
sex change operation. Anybody else hear anything? You ladies may have a new poster on your forum.

Rest up and lay off chasing Gypsy around the house for awhile. Glad to read that you'll feeling better.

I just found out about this news. Speedy recovery to you, Lone Wolf and lots of strength to you, Gypsy.
May the light of God surround you.
May the Love of God enfold you,
May the power of God protect you,
May the presence of God watch over you,

    Default Not so fast, Louis......

Actually, I was reminded of Casablanca, when Rick tells Captain Renault, "And remember, this gun is pointed right at your heart."

Said the Captain, "That is my least vulnerable spot."

As we say in Boston, Wolf's one tough miserable bastid. (Yeah, that's how it's spelled in Boston).

I forgive him entirely for hailing from Rhode Island.

He's turned into an exemplary Virginian.

    He's gonna be just fine.

Does anyone know how LW is doing this evening?
The trail was here before we arrived, and it will still be here when we are gone...enjoy it now, and preserve it for others that come after us

"Walking the halls with the nurse?!?" Is that some sort of euphemism?

Glad to hear you're up and around. We'll no doubt miss you and toast to you at the Warmer. Get well now.
