Inactivity! "Gettin old ain't for sissies" + 2 weeks in So.Cal. did a little walkin a little joggin thats it. Got out for 3 mile walk today. Yesterday was my 4th mo. in the zipper club + 6 lbs since surgery.you been hittin' the buffets or what?
