    Yes, but you should still sew them afterwards.

    Won't work for me - I just found a nice size hole inside the heel of my trail runner yesterday from last week's hike. Sigh...

    "The Whitblaze patch"? Is that some way to ween yourself off this site? If so I need to get some. I've tried cold turkey and it did'nt work.
