    Here's an interesting item for those who prefer honey as a sweetener. Looks to be lighter than liquid honey.

    Looked good until I reached the price. Honey has very little water.

    There is also honey powder from The Huny Hunks up here in Canada.

    http://www.packitgourmet.com/Honey-Powder-p214.html though in some well stocked Asian grocery stores you can find large bags of honey powder. Read carefully though, some brands are cut with cheap sugar. Good stuff though!
