Well, thankyou for all the advice and information you have provided everyone, I'm setting off for the airport in 5 hours and will be in the US tomorrow and (hopefully) on the trail at Rockfish Gap on Monday morning!

When do you plan to be in Harpers Ferry? I am starting at rockfish gap in 2 weeks but am parking a car in Harpers Ferry on the 22nd. If you are in HF mabye we can grab a drink and ya can tell me any updated info on SNP that would be helpfull to my hike. If I dont see ya, have fun and hope everything goes well.

Well I've considered it, I guess the time to deal with it is upon me?

Simple introductions , you were NoBo and I SoBo about 3 miles fom Rockfish. I asked the question " how far to Rockfish Gap".
I was in a bit of a hurry to exit the trail to catch my ride at the gap.
