    Default Upper Gooseneck Pond Loops?

I'm planning a short overnight hike, and I'd like to be able to checkout Upper Gooseneck Pond and probably stay at the shelter there. I was wondering if there were any sidetrails nearby that could make for a nice overnight loop, but I haven't been able to find any on any of the maps I've looked at. Does anyone know of any trails that might help me? Thanks for any help.

Dave, I think you might have to plan on hiking back the way you came. To my knowledge there are no other trails in the area. If you parked on Tyringham Rd. south of Tyringham it's a nice hike to Upper Goose Pond. From Lower Goose Pond there are some dirt roads that will bring you back to Tyringham but it would be easier to stay on the trail. Going soon? It will be wet; we've had a ton of rain.
