There's a huge parking area across the road if they don't.

Yep, Teej, heading north. Gonna park my truck up there and attempt to hitch to Journey's End tomorrow. Route 100 here I come. Wish me luck Hike back to my truck then skip over to my little cottage on the AT in NH, mow the lawn and get back on the LT the next day to continue heading South.
