Default Did a hike in Glabier yesterday...........

Last 8 miles was on the CDT coming down from Oldman Lake. Was hoping to run into some CDT thruhikers, but alas saw nor met any. Really itchin to get out and do another long hike (or two, or 3, or 4). Late August, beauty weather, and no hikers.

Don't know, guess I'll have to take a rod next time and find out.

Yeah, SOBOs are long gone and NOBOs aren't even close yet. Thru hikers need to push the snow envelope in Glacier, passing through in late June or September.

I hiked through Glacier last month on the PNT, westbound to hook up with the PCT. It was nice to hike through in July, after the snow mostly cleared. That was a great advantage to a shorter trail.

    Awesome place.
