We saw 15 this past week at Fontana. Was there for 5 days doing trail work. They are targeting Springer for around Nov 16-19. Will finish too early to get to enjoy the Thanksgiving feast. But it was a pretty steady stream of 2-3 hikers per day. Had a large crowd on Tuesday of 7 after getting 0 on Monday.
Hmm. is it really magic if you call request it ahead of time with day/time/location? I thought magic was supposed to be an unexpected act of kindness. I guess times are changing.
What would you like to have brought to that road crossing on that day; since we are now taking orders. lol
