    Default hurt my foot in florida may not make the at this year

    so i have managed to destroy my tendon hiking in florida and im not sure if my 2010 hike is going to happen.

    Sorry to hear that. What do the doctors say? Surgery or just rest?

    I might just beat Lone Wolf to the punch this time:
    The trail will still be there when you're ready for it.
    In the meantime, get better and do some section hikes to fine tune your gear. Unless you already got a leave of absence from a job you intend to return to, there's no urgency. You'll be a year older and wiser.

    what tendon? is this a torn tendon or tendonitis?
