    well not a thru hiker but i know zaleski, east fork and shawnee trails like the back of me hand

    Charleston, WV, representin'! Strangely enough, thruhikers seems scarce in WV. Ran into a scarce handful, and only one other while on the trail..

    You're lucky to live so close to the Cranberry Wilderness. I try to make it down there at least a few times a year. My friends have a lodge on top of Cranberry Mt. near Hillsboro. It's really a special place.
