Default New Dessert Recipe - Banana Peanut Butter Pie

I was getting a little after dinner treat out of the pantry for the kidling last night and I happened to notice a few stray items from last years hiking season. Inspiration struck!

This is an incredibly rich and fattening dessert. I couldn't finish the whole thing at home, but on the trail I'd have no problem wolfing it down.

Banana Peanut Butter Pie (Better name pending - suggestions welcome)

2 mini graham cracker crust pie shells
2 single serving banana pudding cups
1 single serving size Jiff peanut butter
    2 teaspoons chocolate chips

Spead half of the peanut butter on each of the pie shells. Top with a cup of the pudding and 1 tablespoon each of the chocolate chips. Enjoy!

Variations - use one idea or a combination of all of them!

    Nutella instead of peanut butter
    Vanilla pudding instead of banana
Chopped nuts instead of chocolate chips

If you don't want to use the mini graham cracker crusts, crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers in the bottom of your bowl would work just as well. Or oreos. Or whatever your favorite cookie is. Get creative! Have fun and eat well!

Can't believe you forgot about the bacon. It's not an Elvis samich or pie without BACON!
