Ummmm.....Looks good, made we hungry, But I was thinking, How is this a backpacking Food?? Looks heavy, bulky, not sure if I would want to take it one the trail with me..
HOW EVER!!! In a town stop or a hostel, where kitchen facilities are provided, this would be a great food to start on...But I'm sure you will pay for it at the end of the day...
