Montbell spiral -- foot adjuster?

I'm choosing between a montbell #0 super stretch (max height 5'6") and a montbell #0 spiral (max height 5'10"). The super stretch is a better fit for me (my height 5'4") but the spiral is lighter. I am guessing that due to the bias cut the spiral does not have a foot adjuster like other montbell bags. Can anyone tell me if that's true? Thanks!
