To me, the value of that list is showing the incredible range of stuff out there. For the simple function of carrying a load of stuff on your back, it's incredible that there are so many choices. And you're right, it's not even all-inclusive. The first three manufacturers I can think of--ULA, Gossamer Gear, SixMoonDesigns--aren't even on there.
