Estemated start date: First week of may

Hello all my name is David. I want to wish all of you a safe hike!!! I am getting started a bit late but need to finish classes. I will be hiking solo with a goal of hanging out with pamola in under 120 days. It will be a long shot but it has been a dream for many years. This Hike is a miracle and I have a ton of motivation. I look forward to every experience that awaits me on the trail. I look forward to meeting some of you as we hike. Good luck to everyone~

120 is no problem if you stay focused and limit train town and zero days.

Thank you traildust. I know it is gonna be a mental game like I can't fathom but I am aware that my focus needs to only be on that day. every moment I am thinking or planning or hiking I am realizing that this dream is now in the planning of becoming a reality and my heart is overwhelmed with joy. Greatful for it is an understatement.

    Trail Name: Carbo
    Direction: north
Est Start Date: late March depending on weather
    Approach Trail: sure, why not

I finally told (asked) my wife this past weekend and she said "go for it". This was the biggest hurdle.

Can't wait for that day I tell my boss, "See ya, I'm going for a walk".

Now the planning starts, make sure the bills get paid, the grass gets cut, the oil gets changed, my La-Z-Boy doesn't get thrown out...
    Simple is good.

    Dear Sidebackside,

Thank you. I posted in the wrong registry. At this point, 2011 looks very doable. K2

Estimated start date: If SOBO, as soon as Katahdin opens. If NOBO, March/April
