Boy, the big 5-oh! I don't think that old age can make him any slower though, at least on the uphills!

    Enjoy the day big guy!

Happy Birthday, Hokey Pokey! You get faster and less pokey every year.

Love the AARP reference. My best birthday wishes to my springtime hiking partner. May he never be lost on any of our hikes, AGAIN!!! Love ya Bud.

Thanks guys. Mom and I had a good vacation. Ate a hell of a lot, drank a few beers, rode an airboat, saw some gators, saw the Braves play, took a ride to mars, road a train around Africa, took a car out on the GM test track, saw a Hammock Hanger and a Stumpknocker, touched an Armadillo, saw some nice old cars.

Oh dear, it was your birthday.

And I didn't even send you a card

    How embarrassing.

Maybe this will make you feel better.

Thanks Tenbeer, we need to get out and do an overnighter sometime. Hokie Honda, that's where Bud Foster shops, right? Just got back from hiking up North Mtn. It kicked the snot out of me.

HH never keeps up, at least not on the uphills. He's so laid back that he just doesn't like it when his heartrate gets above 80 bpm.
