    Post Shelter in Dolly Sods?

    Hello!

I've heard that there is a cabin or shelter in Dolly Sods (part of Monongahela National Park) somewhere. Anyone know where it could be?

I know about the collection of rental places along Red Creek; that's not what I'm referring to.

    Thanks!

    -Gabe

Hi Gabe and welcome to whiteblaze. I have not heard or seen any shelters in Dolly Sods. In fact, the forest service has been removing shelters in previous years in other backcountry areas such as Laurel Fork South. There are some shelters in the Cranberry Wilderness.

    Hey mikec,

Thanks for your quick reply! Where in the Cranberry Wilderness are the shelters?
