The trail from Springer South to FL

What is the trail from Springer that connects with the northern part of the FL Trail???


Im trying to figure out where it is and the route it runs.

I believe it uses the BMT, the Alabama Pinhoti Trail and some roadwalking in Alabama. Check out Niblewill Nomad's site for some more info, he's done it on his ECT thru-hike.
