The 45 minute setup time hooks me! Does that price and weight include seam-sealing?

As a shelter builder, I often wondered if this kind of large tent would be a better option for seasonal shelters? In a perfect AT world full of enthusiastic volunteers seasonal large tents, privies, and showers could be set up near roadsides in certain spots. This way no wilderness would be compromised and no difficult shelter construction would be needed. Not so much as a regular plan, but more as an addition to current AT facilities.
