Is there a website listing GPS coordinates for trailheads up and down the Appalachian Trail???
Surely, some dayhikers or sectionhikers have compiled such a list.

I've not seen a list online. If you are looking for parking areas, the ATC has an option on their interactive map. - http://map.appalachiantrail.org/map/basic.html If there are some particular road crossings you are looking for, I may be able to help.
