Default Favorite photo on WB? (and why)

This thread is bound to change quite a bit as photos get added to the gallery. Personally, I like the sunset and sunrise photos and photos of fellow hikers. Is there one which struck you as exceptional?

I think this is the best one I've submitted so far:

The photos of thru-hikers seem to be the most popular. Especially the female ones for some reason.
I'm not really a hiker, I just play one on White Blaze.

Here's my vote for a favorite sunset pic: http://www.whiteblaze.net/forum/vbg/...ge.php?i=41674

However, I tend to lean more toward the "sea of clouds" shots: http://www.whiteblaze.net/forum/vbg/...ge.php?i=26739

Then there are a handful of shots that I've taken over the years that are especially evocative of my personal experiences, such as this one which I use as my PC wallpaper: http://www.whiteblaze.net/forum/vbg/...ge.php?i=13119

I love this one. A higher resolution version is my new PC wallpaper. It’s not the AT but I was on a day hike training for next year.

I'm not sure if I can find it again, but someone posted a distant shot of a hiker walking through foggy woods--I think the hiker is facing away from the camera, so it's a generic hiker shot. It's a lovely photo.

Yes, a pretty complexion... I mean reflection.

This doesn't quite match your description, but this is the one that sprang to mind from Hal0ofwint3r: http://www.whiteblaze.net/forum/vbg/...ge.php?i=39731

    Here's a similar one: http://www.whiteblaze.net/forum/vbg/...ge.php?i=41099

How he arranges to hike on sunny days is beyond me!

Folks this is a great idea for a thread and I'm really enjoying it but it's a pain when only a link is posted instead of a thumbnail; So...

It's easy to do. When you find a photo you want to post, just scroll down to the "BB image code" below the WB photo, copy the entire line, and paste it in your reply.

    Example:

The full version can be viewed by clicking on the thumbnail.

Probably not the one you mean, but this is a hiker walking away into the foggy woods.

And, THANKS to Skidsteer for the hint on how to post a thumbnail of an existing WB photo. I never knew that!
