Northern Shuttle Update???

I see the end-to-enders guide is now a year old and was hoping someone could post a updated list of shuttles to the northern terminus of the Long Trail. In particular...looking to get from Burlington to Journeys End.

I believe you'll find as much useful information on shuttles in Northern Vermont here as you will anywhere.

Most of the off trail services info for the E2E guide is updated at http://www.longtrailhiking.info - For planning my hike this year, I have taken my 2007 copy and updated it from that web site.

Thanks I am aware of that great site...problem is they don't seem to list shuttles anywhere, or I can't find them...first place I looked.

They don't list them, because they come and go faster than they can update the guides. The GMC was understandably fed up with publishing guides with recommended services that didn't last more than a few weeks. It's also been happening with some small restaurants, accommodations and hiker supply shops.

Angewrite and myself (link right under your post) both offer shuttle services when we can. I've been doing it informally for close to 10 years now and she's been doing it for a couple, I think. Check with her first as she is cheaper. I'm better for a larger group.
